Install RNS-D in 2003 Audi A4

I want to install an RNS-D CD based nav system in my A4. When I removed the Symphony II radio I discovered that my car did not come equipeped with the 10 pin navigation connector. Does anyone know if there is a "plug and play" adapter/wiring harness that will enable me to use the RNS-D unit?...
