where is my wireless switch?

I am trying to get online with a Cisco Wireless lan adapter, but the connections available are so low, that I can't connect. Is there a wireless switch, somewhere on this laptop (Dell Latitude C610)?...

when i tried to restore my c610 i press the (r when i try to restore my c610 i can install disk but when i press thr (r) key it just beeps but i can press the (x) key it works.Can any one tell me what i am doing wrong.Thanks ...

Dell Latitude C610 got soaked..and won't open again. Help!

What should I do? After drying it up a little, I opened it up and it worked for about 5 minutes and shut down completely. Now, it won't work again. Help! ...
