readout stays constant

Hi, I installed my old unit onto a new fishing dinghy, powers up fine and all menues present, but strangely the readout screen keeps drawing the same image in a loop, despite the terrain, transducer error? The unit has been stored for a couple of years. Any thoughts on this?...
