I need to have the M7310 answer by simply picking up the phone. As it is, I have to press "line 1" or the button for whichever line is ringing. I am using a remote headset that engages a mechanical device to pick up the phone but since I have to press the button, it doesn't work for me. ...

We have a mulit-line phone system with numerous extensions. When our front desk receptionist answers a call and then transfers the call to the appropriate person, some of the extensions will ring and then if no one answers they ring back the receptionist rather than going to voicemail. Any ideas?...
