hubby somehow changed his incoming call settings

he was fooling with it last nite in his tool and"my stuff" and has somehow changed something dont know if it has anything to do with phone barring all its doing when u call him is be busy when i stuck his sims in another phone went to voice mail if any1 know what button he must have hit or something he may have change any advice welcome God Bless ...
