2020i internet connection

can any one supply orange gprs setttings .i have payg and it worked before a hard reset,unfortunately orange are unable to send settings as email for future reference.also orange does not recognise this phone...

Wireles connection to Syslink Router

What settings do I have to key in th Qtek 2020i to access the internet. I do not have a password on the Syslink Router. If I load the internet explorer on the qtek, should it not automatically access the internet through the router/isp modem ?...
