recording problem

with function switch set correct and output select set to source recording appears to be made as the meters move in sympathy with the source and monitoring is ok but on playback with the output selected to play it is completly dead and no audio output. prerecorded tapes seem to be fine on playback. Please help if you can thanks Frank...

Problem with Play Function

The unit will Fast Forward and Reverse just fine but won't move when I press Play....
